Asci: Cylindrical (obovate), 15-20 µm long, 5 µm wide; tholus amyloid; ocular chamber present; narrow; dehiscence bitunicate (fissitunicate); exoascus euamyloid; ascoplasm dextrinoid (endoascus I+ orange).

Ascospores: Not uniseriate (distichously arranged), c. 8 per ascus, spores 8 per ascus, ellipsoid (elongate) or oblong, 7-9 µm long, 2-3 µm wide, obtuse; septa present, transversally septate, 1-transversally septate; lumina of equal size; wall thin, not constricted where the septum meets the spore wall, remaining hyaline, hyaline, in Lugol's Solution negative, wall not ornamented.

Conidiomata: Absent resp. not observed.

Secondary Metabolites: Not detected.
