Thallus: Branches applanate (moderately flattened). Upper Surface: Olive or grey-green; epruinose or pruinose.

Ascocarps: Forming directly at the thallus margin, directly at the tip of the thallus parts. Hymenium: Fully exposed from the beginning (gymnocarpous); down-turned.

Ascospores: 9-17.5 µm long, 9-17.5 µm wide; wall reddish brown.

Conidia: Globose; 3-4.5 µm long.

Secondary Metabolites: Patagonic acid, ascomatic acid, methyl ascomatate, and 7-O-methylnorascomatic acid.
