Thallus: Foliose, lobed; separate thallus parts 2 mm wide. Thallus Size and Differentiation: 60 cm in diameter; apex distinctly broader than average; not curved. Thallus Outline: Margin darkened the thallus centre. Upper Surface: Brown, rough; eciliate; without hairs; not isidate; not lobulate. Lower Surface: White, firmly attached attached; rhizines moderately abundant, without projections.

Lower Cortex: Paraplectenchymatous, of anticlinal hyphae.

Ascocarps: Abundant, 2 mm in diam.. Margin: Smooth.

Ascospores: Physcia-type, (18)-21-26-(29) µm long, (8)-9-11-(12) µm wide.

Conidiomata: Strongly abundant.
