Upper Surface: Grey (pale to dark grey); eciliate; without hairs; not isidate; not sorediate; not schizidiate; not lobulate. Lower Surface: Absent, firmly attached attached; attached by the whole lower surface.

Reproduction Strategy: With sexual (and possible asexual) stages. Ascocarps: Not emerging, .2-.4-(.7) mm in diam.. Margin: Not isidiate; not ciliate. Disk: Plane. Epithecium: Apical cells brown.
