Ascospores: c. 8 per ascus, narrowly ellipsoid, (22)-24-28-(31) µm long, 4-6-(7) µm wide, aciculate; septa present; transversally septate, 3-transversally septate, formed by the proper spore wall; wall not thickened at the septum, not constricted where the septum meets the spore wall, hyaline (sometimes slightly yellowish), in Lugol's Solution negative, wall ornamented (with tiny hyaline warts).

Conidiomata: Absent resp. not observed or present; pycnidial; immersed.

Conidiogeneous Cells: Apical. Conidia: Bacilliform; microconidial, not branched; aseptate; up to 0-septate; cell wall hyaline.
