Ascospores: c. 8 per ascus, ellipsoid, 12-15 µm long, 2.5-3 µm wide, obtuse; septa present; transversally septate, 3-transversally septate, formed by the proper spore wall; wall thin, thickened at the septum, hyaline, in Lugol's Solution negative, wall not ornamented.
