Ascospores: c. 4 to 16-32 per ascus, ellipsoid, oblong, curved, or ovoid, 12-35 µm long, 4.5-14 µm wide, obtuse or aciculate; septa absent or present; transversally septate, 1-5-transversally septate; wall not thickened at the septum, hyaline, pale brown, or dark brown, in Lugol's Solution negative.

Conidiomata: Absent resp. not observed or present; hyphomycetous.
