Asci: Tholus not thickened, not amyloid; ocular chamber indistinct; dehiscence unitunicate; exoascus not amyloid, not hemiamyloid.

Ascospores: c. 8 per ascus, ellipsoid or curved, 5.5-8.5 µm long, 2.5-3 µm wide, obtuse; septa absent; 0-transversally septate; wall thin, not thickened at the septum, hyaline, in Lugol's Solution negative, wall not ornamented.
