Thallus: Crustose; branches densely aggregated or caespitose. Primary Thallus: Evanescent. Secondary Thallus: Present, of indeterminate growth; stipe 50-80 mm high, .7-1.6-(2) mm wide, lime green (pale yellow (89)), homogeneously coloured, with perforated wall, 20 µm thick. Upper Surface: Smooth (or slightly webby in small areas).
Reproduction Strategy: Only known as sterile, asexually reproducing form. Ascocarps: Sparse.
Conidiomata: Formed on podetia.
Pycnidia: With reddish ostiolar gel.
Secondary Metabolites: Fumarprotocetraric acid and usnic acid.
Spot Tests: Upper surface: K (negative), PD + red.
